Black Love & Inspiration for Saved Singles

B.L.I.S.S. gets featured in Ig’zood Magazine!

Happy October, everyone! I’ve been busy putting things together for my book’s release and party at the end of this month, and my goal is to put more content out this month on the site for you!

I had the pleasure of interviewing with Camille at Ig’zood (Exude) Magazine, founded by my sis in Christ Devin (@De_fyingravity) who is the publication’s Visionary Vessel. Camille and I had a discussion on singleness in the African American community, the misconceptions of the Black single woman, healing, purpose and so much more.

Here’s one of the topics covered in the post:

Camille: As a black female entrepreneur and inspirational speaker, what motivates you and how do you continue to thrive in creativity?

Tatianah: I find story ideas anywhere. I listen to a lot of sources about life and relationships. I’m naturally drawn to relationships, dating, and marriage. These are the reasons why God wants me to be an impact.

“Feedback keeps me motivated.”

Writing is therapeutic and I write what I go through. I remember writing about friendships at one point and I hate to come to terms with a friendship ending and not growing like I thought it would. I decided to write a post about it and it helped someone else. It’s a blessing. I hear from the Holy Spirit and receive revelation. I look back at my own posts and know it’s not me but from God. I’m a work in progress and I’m glad to be used in this way…

You have to check out the rest of the interview on Ig’zood here! “Ig’zood is the light shining out of darkness. In every aspect of life we are the example of what a life poured out to others is.” Be sure to follow the magazine on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
